Late Payment Policy
1. ALL PAYMENTS ARE DUE AT THE TIME OF SERVICE
2. Late Payment Charges: A late payment fee of $10 will be applied on a DAILY basis (until current) to any outstanding invoices that are not paid within 1 day from the day services are provided. (Weekends Included).
This fee is necessary to cover administrative costs and to encourage prompt payments.

Booking
To ensure each client receives the safest and most appropriate care, we begin with a free consultation. During this consultation, we assess the client’s nail condition and specific needs so we can provide the correct service recommendation and accurate pricing. Before booking, a consent form must be completed, which is available on our website. Once the consultation is completed and the form is submitted, the price of the service will be confirmed and your appointment will be scheduled.

Nail Fungus Policy
In order to cover the extra time, effort, and materials required to ensure the safety and hygiene of both the client and our staff, seniors with nail fungus will be subject to an additional charge. Price of service will be given after the free consultation.
